Guests are welcomed by a unique interior, specialty-grade coffee, modern Lithuanian cuisine inspired by local farmers, and a constantly evolving art gallery on the second floor.

DEMO Café is a place where quality coffee, food, and conversation come together. We believe that it’s possible to smell colors, taste sights, and hear scents—all it takes is paying attention to the details that surround us.
On weekdays, the café serves as a space to meet friends or colleagues, to enjoy a meal, pause with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, and take time for yourself. On weekends, the energy shifts: during brunch hours we offer a seasonally inspired menu that changes every month.
