How often do we truly notice the eyes of a passerby or a barista? How often do we savor a sip of coffee, or simply allow ourselves a deep, mindful breath?

DEMO Café is a place where quality coffee, food, and conversation come together. We believe that it’s possible to smell colors, taste sights, and hear scents—all it takes is paying attention to the details that surround us.

On weekdays, the café serves as a space to meet friends or colleagues, to enjoy a meal, pause with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, and take time for yourself. On weekends, the energy shifts: during brunch hours we offer a seasonally inspired menu that changes every month.
